I hate to say it, but I felt Williams took more of a beating against Quintana than when he beat Marg. Williams was cut over both eyes and was getting hit with some clean flush shots.

That is your opinion that what a boxer says shouldnt be taken to seriously. I respect that. I feel the same way. I dont know why people take Mayweather so serious when he says ****** **** like he is the GOAT. But I simply stated my opinion & I dont give a **** about a poll.

Truth be told I scored Margarito-Williams 7-5 Williams and Williams-Quintana 7-5 Quintana. After both fights I thought if the title didn't change hands it would be a robbery. So, I really don't think there's much difference in terms of what happened in the ring. The post fight reaction by Williams was classy and respectful. Margarito just acted like a jacka$$, BUT we all know there are a lot of fans who like jacka$$es. So...
I took this question as who lost more convincingly. If you're trying to say whose career will be more affected in the future due to their fights then I am not so sure. I do know Marg. is fighting Cintron and if he wins he'll get a shot @ Cotto. Who knows what the future holds for Williams though.

as did almost 90% of the people who have voted in the poll. these dudes are just trying to find a way to deflect the negative attention PWill is getting by bringing up another fighter's antics who had NOTHING to do with William's loss.

Margarito lost 10 rounds, so I don't know how people are voting for Williams.

Scores were pretty similar right? Quintana and Margarito might just hit harder than Williams, but the round scoring totals looked about the same to me and the judges in both of the fights.

Margarito has been lined up for a Cotto fight for awhile and would have had it last year if he hadn't lost. He basically was forced to win 2 additional fights to get that Cotto fight back after losing to Williams.

That and the fact that Margarito exposed himself as a little bit of a hypocrit and a genuinely sore loser whereas Williams just exposed himself as being not as good as the hype. That's all I'm saying.

One fight was close and the other was not. I'm not biased, I had Toney losing like 9 or 10 rounds against Peter in second the fights, I had Hagler losing to Leonard. Toney and Hagler are my all time favorite fighters.

But you my friend are def an idiot! Keep up the great job.
