Boxing really isnt boring for me. Even if it is i sitll watch maybe something wild catches me in the end, but i personally like watching a guy showing his boxing skills that excites me. I watch Hopkins-Wright for fun. I think Mayweather fights are so artistic, the baldomir fight excited me watch him stick and move. But dont get me wrong i do prefer the all out wars.Comment

I only get bored of boxing when one or both of the fighters decides to take the fight to a close decision. Eg, Hopkins vs Wright. Even in Snorefests like that though, I find interest in trying to score each round.
I love the gladatorial aspect of boxing, the idea of one man vs another, the spectacle of one fighter roaring back from heavy punches to launch his own attack...it's just unique.
Some boxing fights are boring, so I get bored, but do I ever get bored of the sport as a whole? Hell no, it's just far too entertaining.Comment

Defensive boxers are the reason boxing isnt in the mainstream. Half the reason is judges reward them more times than not, so they stay in the game. When a real fighter comes along and is exciting people want to see them beat. Its a odd cycle, because they bring in the most money and fans but its the way it is. I watch all boxing but im only a fan of a few.Comment

Your British of course you will find boxing exciting.British are like the only ones who really are die hard about boxing still.
I am a fan of boxing but lately there has been not enough hype, I think cause the build up and anticipation does it for me like the floyd jr vs hatton, and the pavlik vs taylor, izzy vs rafa, pacman vs marquez, and joe c vs b hop now those fights I will pay for and get amped for cause there is a purpose.
I'm Mexican and I am die hard about boxing. Only a gay man would be upset that boxing hasn't turned into a soap opera like UFC.Comment

Do you think Cory Spinks got rewarded when Jermain Taylor couldn't hit him? Like I said in another post. There's more to boxing than standing with your feet in cement throwing bombs. Just like in any other sport, if you can't solve the other guy's defense then you DESERVE to lose.Comment

Last time I was bored with boxing was hmmmm I don't remember really. Most of the time I have something in stake like a pick of who I think will win or something and it always has me interested. Oh except for Dirrell bouts, that was horrible.Comment
