seriously you dont think they sped it up? watch it again when he first starts he is all slow then all of a sudden he goes blazing fast.

I did notice he hits with power and speed which is difficult, floyd jr hits with just speed and timing but he doesnt load power into his punches, zab judah and pacquiao are like the only explosive guys who blaze up with power.

LoL, special effects on an open workout video by a boxing site? Look at the people in the background, I don't see them moving super fast along with Manny if they had increased speed, nor does the sound sound ***ed up if they had altered it. It's all legit, I've seen other training videos of his similar to this one, that's his usual shadowboxing speed.

quit fooling yourself.. Pac is just really fast and you can see the people at the background are moving normally while Manny is doing his rapid shadow boxing.. The video is not sped up..
