I hope you can take a good body shot, but no your not faster than manny pacquiao, any professional boxer can do what you just did. I've seen pacquiao shadow box after an 8 mile run in the mountains and he's still faster than you. Nice try though.Comment

Videos can be deceiving. NO matter how fast he looks on camera, he wouldn't throw and land as quick in a real fight as Pacquiao.
Hell I can go on camera and make it look fast but I don't think I'm fast then the Mosley's, Mayweather's or anybody elite with hand speed.Comment

So true. I can throw quadruple hooks pretty fast but I KNOW when I put the gloves on it isn't that easy.Comment

I didn't see the whole video at first but now after seeing it......that dude throws punches like a ******. I would spank him real nice if he came at me with that ****.
WTF was that? He didn't even throw real punches.Comment

Yeah man, not to sound offensive if that is you but, you need to relearn how to punch. You're not turning through or extending at all. Thats more like how Wing Chun kung fu guys punch. Pure, short, straight from the elbow arm punches. It will never do a damn thing unless you've just been in a fifteen round beatdown with someone and they are so tired they can hardly stand up...then they might get a bit frustrated at you hitting them with those.
When trying to test for speed try setting up some combo's and throwing them properly with each punch thrown to it's full extension and powerful. If it's fast then, well, you know you are fast but throwing little arm punches just straight out from your face is very, very easy to do that fast. Honestly, thats not even that fast. You got to have the combo's.Comment

First of all the other guy, doesn't wear gloves and is punching in the air. To realistically compare their speed the other guy should also punch a heavy bag and see if he can maintain that speed, coz there's a lot difference in hitting a thing than hitting nothing. Any good dancer can definitely duplicate what he was doing, believe me.Comment
