you can not compare bag work to shadow boxing! plus the dude has no gloves on as well! not a fair comparison! dude is quick for sure, but i can not compare without equal variables!

Ok, you can't compare handspeed with someone wearing boxing gloves to someone who isn't. That's 1. The other thing is Manny is throwing power shots with his speed with the gloves on in that vid. Get the video of Manny not wearing his gloves doing his shadowboxing and you'll fall in comparison. You made some flashly looking ****, but anyone else who throws at the air can do that as well. Not sure exactly what kind of response your looking for. You want someone to say you can now go and compete against someone lik Manny or Floyd and get the better of them? what I think is that those 2 videos aren't even comparable. manny pacquaio could punch a hell of alot faster if he wasn't punching a punching bag. pacquaio was doing all power punches. I didn't see once power punch in the 2nd video. Its very hard to be as quick as pacquiao is while throwing power punch combinations.Comment

That dude shadowboxing is not bad, he punches vertical fists, but its not as bad as poeple point out, it looks different because he has long arms, watch wiliams shadowbox it looks similair, but offcourse its hard to measure just by this vid.Comment
