Notice his opponent had **** footwork and trouble cutting off the ring.

if anythin you would notice even from his last fight that Calzaghes footwork and ability to cut off the ring is second to none.

I can't see Hopkins winning many rounds, don't think he will win more than 3.

That is what i mean. In that video, Hopkins shows his experience by using the ring when he was bothered or hurt. How will Calzaghe stop a fighter who is not trying to be knocked out? I think you are underestimating Bernard Hopkin's intelligence. I actually think that this will be a close fight on the cards because Calzaghe is coming over here to fight and who knows, Hopkins might bring in biased judges.

No matter how smart you are it doesn't mean much.

My grandpa is the smartest bloke out, and he use to fight. Now a non-fighting young guy would destroy him.

        Nuff said.
With all due respect, that is your grampa. Bernard is still an active fighter and still a top 5 pound for pound superstar.

Kessler is not a mover like Bernard is and does use the ring as much. Honestly, Calzaghe has not faced a hall of famer and smart fighter like Hopkins.

Who do you think will win between B-Hop and Joe?
If you think Popkins wins, want to bet?

The only trouble is that Howard Eastman moves like a clapped out Pinto and Joe moves like a Ferrari, he'll need a Ring as big as a football pitch. I know he's got a good record against southpaws, but he hasn't faced anyone with Joe's or Chad's handspeed since Roy. Plus he needs to get a lead before he runs....

Calzaghe at his peak which is now, is a better fighter than Hopkins at his peak.

Calzaghe is one of the most under rated fighters in the history of the sport.
