Hopkins has been down twice in the same fight against Mercado.

Hopkins is old now too, anything can happen in boxing. If Calzaghe fights smart, he will be the first man to stop Hopkins I think. He won't knock out Hopkins most likely, but theres a huge possibility he can make Hopkins quit*ref steps in*

          Hopkins is 42.
Kessler is still young and in his psychical prime... Kessler is by no means a puncher, he's a boxer with power.. and I think that his accurate punching and hard straight jabs could get Hopkins hurt at some point of the fight.
If he'll go down, I can't really tell..

Anything can happen but in my opinion Bernard is too smart to be stopped and has too much experience. He will use the ring alot, tie, use dirty tactics, and look to counter Calzaghe coming in. Also, keep in mind that Bernard never takes a fight unless he thinks he could win. I have a feeling that he has something sneaky up his sleave.

Is he going to have his corner cut his gloves? Hopkins fans in denial

Agreed, I don't think Calzaghe has the power to floor Hopkins, but if he was to win by KO, it would be by him flurrying Hopkins and Hops taking many flush shots in the chin and the ref eventually stopping it.

Im not in denial at all, im just going by what he has shown in the past and what will most likley happen. This is how i think Hopkins will react if Calzaghe gets him in trouble.

                    Fck man.

The guys 43. No way he beats a rising star.

No matter how smart you are it doesn't mean much.

My grandpa is the smartest bloke out, and he use to fight. Now a non-fighting young guy would destroy him.

                    Nuff said.

Sorry, I couldn't watch it all because it was so damn boring. I had to fast forward it and it seemed to me Hopkins ran like a little ***** around the ring
