But since then he's come back to form against top level opposition like Badi Ajamu and Anthony Hanshaw. And we all saw the other week how he was back to his prime against the hard-hitting Tito Trinidad.

As Jesus is my witness, I believe that Roy probably just had a couple of colds in 2005, and that he's back to rule the boxing world once more.

That's just like Roy. He wasn't at 100% but refused to let the fans down.

It's a good thing I've got my sarcasm hat on, or else I might have thought this was for real.

i dont think those losses he has where off nights but more about his weight. the first tarver fight it was obviouse that he was weight drained he looked horrible and sick. the second fight i think he was still feeling the weight loss. it also was an incrediable punch tarver landed. are we going to say that forman wasnt a great fighter bc he got KOed by ali? ali had a plan and went with it. tarver knew he had roy in the first fight and let him get away.

in the second fight he knew when he had a shot to hit roy with that big punch he was going to do it and he did. the glenn johnson fight roy took to lightly. he was expecting to walk through glenn and go onto tarver for a 3rd fight. its not so much that glenn outworked jones it was jones just layed on the ropes and let glenn hit him. if they would have been in the middle of the ring boxing roy would have beaten him. roy did take him lightly and again got planted with a good punch.

the 3rd tarver fight he was just proving the he can still go 12 rounds. he could have beaten tarver that fight. he showed at times the roy of old and wouldnt follow up on anything after round 5 or 6. he could have KOed tarver in the 12th if he would have pressed him and jones didnt land a good punch the whole night, tarver punched himself out in the 11th.

as for bugabo and hanshaw they where good tune up fights. they are not great fighters nore will they be. i thought roy should have KOed hanshaw with ease. but roy kept going to the ropes. maybe to prove that he can take a punch or that he did in fact have stitches in his eye who knows? bugabo took some of roys better shots and kept coming at him. roy should have KOed him aswell with ease.

as for tito i honestly agree with the person who said he looked better in the fight with roy than he did with both hops and wink. i just think roys 3 losses come from one yes being weight drained two not taking the opponent for real and three not opening up in a fight where if he did he would have KOed tarver. lastly just getting caught with an amazing punch you can hear the punch land on roys chin.

                  You're right, Kendo.

Tarver can punch harder than Earnie Shavers, and Roy was just caught with a fluke punch when he hadn't eaten for so long to make weight. He was almost like Jesus fasting in the desert, and he had to climb on the cross for all of our sins.

In fact, the more I think about it, the more Roy is like Jesus to me.

It makes my heart cry to see sinners like Moofo posting in this forum. He doesn't know it, but he's typing the words of Beelzebub himself.

I'll say a prayer to Jesus for him.

Running??? You'd do the same against a guy that knocked you out cold once before. Getting Ko'd really changes you and does **** to you mentally.
