** Somebody who cares ought to email Max and tell him that Paul Williams already comprehensively beat Margarito in fine style, not that it makes any difference to a cheerleader like Max.

Floyd is considered the best, why should he have to fight the best?

It's just the haters who say he should.

Well then Floyd ought to fight Williams. Hell, I'd rather him fight Cotto, Williams, Mosley, Cintron, Margarito, almost anybody, than fight an aging, sliding DLH again.

Back in the golden era of boxing, the best fought the best to prove who's the best! Floyd is taking the De La Hoya fight because a) it's an easy fight (albeit the 1st one was close, he won) b) it's a HUGE money fight...

One thing people shouldn't do is take what Floyd says to heart! Here's a guy who said SRL wasn't the best b/c he lost to Duran or Ali ****** b/c he lost to Spinks (he said all of this b-4 the 1st de la hoya fight on yahoosports.com), so when he says he's retired or he's not going to fight these guys he's just talking $h!T

I'm really starting to think Floyd cares about money more than his fans/legacy & that's his M.O. but when you call yourself Mr. Pound 4 Pound and/ or a ppv star it would help if he fought the fights people want to see ESPECIALLY when people are paying hard earned money & can't "make it rain" like he does!

In a way I agree though; let these guys fight each other to sort out a CLEAR # 1 contender & to generate more fans/interest (even though i think COTTO has PROVEN himself to be that)... we'll see how it goes!
