yeh u gta admit i think he knows he wil lose against witter and thats why hes so unconfident.
I duno if he wil actually fight him but he should to bring a end to all this.

he will only fight witter when hes no longer at his prime. witter is 33 now so maybe in a couple years time.

Fight should have gotten on long ago, Witter is fighting in America so maybe his name will grow a bit so the fight can be made.

i am a big hatton fan but i can only see one result against witter, and thats witter by ko, i think the speed, agility and power of witter would be too much for ricky. i would still be supporting ricky if they make the fight at any time

why would hatton be duckin witter?

this video was taken a long time ago before he fought, tzu and mayweather to name but 2, doesnt sound like someone who avoids fighters

its never really happened so far because witter has never really been someone who would be a step in the right direction for ricky, if he had thought and beaten him at the time of this video how much would he have gained?

each fight has been a step in the right direction for him and that why he is now one of the best known boxers in the world

and it doesnt matter whether witter is in his prime or not, if witter offers the kind of carear success for hatton as tzu, maussa, callazo, urangu, castillo and mayweather have (soz about the spellings) im sure he'll fight him

camymcf - perhaps hatton hasnt looked quite as good as witter recently but remember the massive difference in class he has been fighting at

Talks a good fight Witter. He is just like Naseem Hamed in that sense. You can tell they came from the same stable of Brendan Ingle boys. He is good Witter, but i keep thinking he hasnt fought anyone while he has been champion.

He has fought some decent opponents but not top draw. I dont doubt he is really good, but i wish he could fight a real genuine contender apart from Ricky. I would eventually like to see Witter and Hatton though. Dont know when it would happen. Doesnt seem likely to happen anytime soon though.

witter can talk all he wants, but the truth is who the hell has he beaten??????? he has had a chance to fight all the other top guys at 140 like magli, cotto b4 he moved up, and why didn't he? one could argue that he was ducking them just as they say ricky is ducking witter! he has no draw, and few fans! if you can not bring in a good fanbase to draw money, what promoter wants to put you on a headline card? boxing is about the $ just like any other sport! i am pretty sure that if ricky got in the ring with tsyzu (one of the p4p hardest punchers ever) that he is not scared of witter! witter is good, but some of these huggers make it sound like he is the be all, and end all at 40! gimme a break! he has never been super impressive! ricky just fought pbf, and lost so i can see him taking a tune up, and than start fighting bigger fights again! i dont think hatton is gonna fight much longer anyway, and i think he will fight witter b4 ending his career!
