Yea he was very green he had never fought past the 8th round, Vasquez was much more experienced than Wright, i think some of Wright's knockdowns were slips, but Wright wasn't nowhere near the defensive fighter he become Vasquez is the only fighter who ever really looked good against Wright, but thats due to Wright not having his amazing defensive skills at the time.
