There is an obvious answer that I can't believe people are missing. Chad Dawson. He is a "fake" southpaw in the sense that he's actually right handed. Both of his hands are great, but his lead hand (and therefore right hook) is his best.

Chad Dawson. Dawson got caught but he does have a nice right hook.

Marvin Hagler is the only one immediately jumping to my head.

Some-one mentioned Andy Ganigan, & I'd second that one.
Absolutely brutal right hook, to both head & body.
        Even dropped Arguello with it.

Only recent fighter that has really impressed me with the right hook was Czar Amonsot.
Thought he put up an excellent performance against Katsidas, & really used the right hook to great effect, busting up Katsidas badly.

It's a shame how overlooked his performance seems to have been, as it may be the last fight of his career, but for much of the bout he did some really top rate boxing - much better than Julio Diaz did against Juan.

I always thought Larry Holmes threw a nice one. Hagler had a good one too.

Right now, I'd say Andy Lee but he's a converted southpaw.

Demarcus Corley had an excellent right hook, his only real power punch.

Emmanuel Steward lists the right hook as the best trick punch against a conventional fighter because they rarely watch for it. It's deadly when countering your man's jab.

Juan Urango's entire style is based around throwing right hooks. He isn't effective with any other punch really.

Both Ray Leonard and Roberto Duran said that Hagler lacked real power in his left hand. That Hagler was as fearsome a puncher is a testament to his right hook.

Marvin Johnson also had a nice right hook.
