he might be green and might have alot to learn but he could still take care of hatton and witter if he fights them right now. the only fighter that would give khan trouble in his weight range is Juan Diaz. he would take care of anyone else with out a doubt.

    something to consider

    Corrales vs St.Clair
    118-109
    116-113
    117-111

    Khan vs St.Clair
    120-108
    120-108
    120-108
    perfect sweep.

        and........your point?

corrales was 25-0(21 ko's) and he is 6'0 tall and was in his prime. st.clair is barely past his prime right now so that is the only difference. I'm not saying its an exact estimate of khan's abilities but its something to consider.

My point is that St. Clair's prime was a few years ago and he's a small 135 pounder. I understand your point though.

It would be a vast step up for Khan to face either Hatton or Witter immediately, it's easy to underestimate both their abilities in the light of Khans prodigious talent. These guys are way above anything Khan's ever faced and it would be best for him to gradually improve his level of competition than to jump in at the deep end.

            About St Clairs record..

            V Corrales = 15 - 0 - 1
            V Khan = 39 - 5 - 2
