    How about this

You are bringing up GREAT POINTS and I am too. It's obvious we know what we are talking about, but cant we agree to disagree? Big upson a good debate. I hate argueing with people that base their arguements on opinions, but you brought straight fact and I did to. This has to be the best debate I have ever had on here. I give you good karma homie.

Don King put it best when he said ""Why do I say that? I say that because anybody can be the champion. We don't even know who the champion is, we don't have heroes right now.

"And why don't we have heroes? Because our fighters became business boxers, rather than boxers of business. They all became the businessmen they wanted to be without fighting for glory and pride.

most of the Mulitple weight Champions identify the easiest safest way to acheive success in the Highere weight divisions by identifying & beating the weaker Champions in their division

i mean was Roy ever Heavyweight Champion not IMO he was 'nt i mean if there was'nt one recognised number 1 at the time he could have claimed to be whilst Holding a title there ,however with Lennox Lewis clearly THE heavweight Champion i dont see how Roy can make that claim
Roy debut as a pro was 153 lbs... he was just over 200 when he won the heavyweight title... give some credit..

The general public does not know the difference between THE champ and a beltholder.

Hence bull**** claims like Oscar 6 division champ, Ray and Floyd 5 division champions, Roy 4 division champion, Pea 4 division champion, and so on...

It is a problem to the uneducated audience. Until they figure out what the hell is going on with all those WBS organizations, and they realize that there can be only ONE champion at a time.

floyds title winning fights of multiple weight division

super feather: beat genaro hernandez at end of his career.

                    lightweight: contraversial decision against castillo

light welter: much past his best gatti (gatti not good against click boxers. lost twice to ivan robinson.. and manfredy aswell..)

welter: zab who just came off a loss to baldomir... baldomir recently just got a gift decision to a bum names luciano perez..

jr middle: a SD to a way past prime de la hoya..

I like floyd.. but if people wana point out the multi weight division titles won.. I thought yall should see it for wut it is

                      Example: Roy Jones Jr.

160, vacant belt (beats green hopkins)
168, there is no ring champion (beats dehydrated toney)
175, there is a champ, and someone else beats him. roy collects all the belts after the champ(s) are stripped
200, there is a champ, roy beats a beltholder
