The Cotto right now Vs Prime Tszyu.......
Its a pick-em in my honest opinion. I would go with Kostya by SD. Very close fight.Comment

yeah, you just have to drool over the thought of this fight. You wouldnt find many styles in history that matchup better then this.
Actually, I still wouldnt even mind seeing it right now at WW. I still say that Tszyu did himself a diservice by never moving up. I think he was always a little hesitant of doing that but he was a big guy and I think he may have been even better if he had moved up later in his career.
I wouldnt mind seeing him come back even right now and take on someone like Collazo and then go from there. I say Collazo because he's a good guy with size but probally doesnt have the power to shock Tszyu while at the same time Tszyu has always done well against slick southpawsComment

It's really a pick em. Cotto could adapt a bit to confuse Konstantin but in his prime Kos only had to catch you at the end of his right one god time.Comment

Your right. He pressures better. Hatton is a messy ass pressure fighter. He's ugly, his style is ugly, and the only reason he really beat Tszyu was cause Tszyu thought he was really that far behind that should just quit rather than get hugged to death for another rd or 2. Whatever it was. On the other hand, Cotto has EFFECTIVE pressure. He lands murderous body shots and painful hooks to the head. I think his pressure would murder Tszyu's body and take him out in the later rounds. The only way I'd see Tszyu winning is with a big right hand. At 140lbs, it could happen. At 147lbs, I don't think so.Comment

Tszyu was by far the superior boxer with true one punch knockout power and a very sturdy chin to boot. Kostya would school Cotto pretty bad either by a vicious knockout or one sided beating over twelve rounds. Cotto is a very good fighter but has a long ways to go before I would consider him a great. I don't think he has enough natural talent to unify the welterweight division and determination alone will not be enough in this case.Comment

I would say Tszyu only because i dont see Cotto as a fighter that applies a lot of pressure when a fighter hits him back and his calmness as a fighter is his mistake against a fighter like Tszyu.
But then again, if he changes his style to be a brawler and in the face of Tszyu he could take him but then again Cottos chin would it fail him against a fighter like Tszyu? I just think Tszyu is the more proven fighter especially at 140.Comment
