      That explains it. Witter looked a lot better in his last fight against Harris, than he did against Judah.

        I like Witter and he's one of my favorite fighters, but I don't think he would stance a chance against Mayweather. Mayweather can successfully compete in the welterweight division, and I don't think Witter can. That alone proves that Witter can't beat Mayweather.

              True, he did look impressive against Harris and absorbed a few good shots, unphased, on the way to victory.
