brendan ingle needs a taste of reality... but i dont see how he can truly believe that.

I think it was definitely a deciding factor that Witter took the fight on 9 days notice. He had 9 days to prepare for a fight against the (at the time) world champion Judah who had gone through a 2 month training camp. Given only 9 days to prepare even Mayweather may have lost against a well-trained Judah.

That explains it. Witter looked a lot better in his last fight against Harris, than he did against Judah.

I like Witter and he's one of my favorite fighters, but I don't think he would stance a chance against Mayweather. Mayweather can successfully compete in the welterweight division, and I don't think Witter can. That alone proves that Witter can't beat Mayweather.

True, he did look impressive against Harris and absorbed a few good shots, unphased, on the way to victory.
