World Middleweight Champion Kelly Pavlik swings a baseball bat at a heavy bag during his media day at the Southside Boxing Gym in Youngstown, Ohio. Pavlik is training for his highly anticipated rematch against former world champion Jermain Taylor on February 16 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on HBO Pay-Per-View. Pavlik vs Taylor "The Epic Battle Continues" is promoted by Top Rank in association with DiBella Entertainment.

Very good training,no wonder he hits so damn hard,he does the oldschool technique

The way he swings the bat and sledge hammer, the force he does it with, when he gets in the ring,he uses the same force on his punch when he throws a hook or uppercut, thats why hes one,if not the best finisher in the sport today

Nah he was using that already too. He's got some old school techniques, i love it.

I cant believe Taylor actually copied his techniques. I know they arent Kelly's originally, but thats who Taylor got them from

That's awesome. He's takin' it back.

Kelly's the man and hands down one of my favorite fighter's in the sport. I find it hard to believe that people actually hate this dude. He makes it hard to hate him. Real hard.
