Level of competition is the greatest measurement and success against that competition. That is PBFs problem, he hasn't done anything risky since the early portion of his career outside of his fight with DLH, and DLH isn't good enough to legitimize his last several years of work. If it did then that would mean DLH is worth more than he is.

Realistically, I think Nas was done before his carcrash/court/prison drama. All that really did was silence the hopeful whispers.

something like 19 out of 20 sportswriters had picked him to win. So according to the "experts" he was pretty hot to trot.

To beat Barrera you mean? Yep, I appreciate that. I was referring to the period after the Calvo fight, when he just seemed to step back and fade from view. Though there was talk of a Nas renaissance before his road-accident (and subsequent incarceration), it never looked likely. That's the timeframe I thought you were referring to, bud.

How about Tyson? He never made a worthwhile comeback after his loss to Douglas.

nas was overated and Mayweather never woulda lost to barrera but if he did like nas did he woulda rematched and won without a problem and probly by stoppage. Floyd is mad tough and dont get credit for that

Fake FLoyd ducked Barrera like he ducked all the greats.

                He's a natural coward.
