This guy's really embarassing Floyd fans.. That's probably why they're avoiding the thread. Keep up the goodwork hugger, but plse try not to pass off beating baldo as legitimzing his WW campaign. His work at WW has been paltry. He really hasn't fought any difficult welterweights. Not saying he's not great but do we have to have this conversation everyday?

he moved up in weight and taxed oscar at 154 so even if he didnt do as much at ww as he did at other weights he didnt need to since he fought against a better fighter who was oscar and at a heavier weight. whats better...147 and beating inexperienced cotto or 154 and beating big strong experienced oscar. yeah. oscar and winning the title.

oscar is old and slow now, its not that impressive, its good but it doesn't legitimize no work at WW and JW. He'll take the Cotto fight and beat him, but he's wasted too much time. He's an ATG IMO but he could have had a rock solid legacy if he had a little more heart

that was like his only risky fight in quite some time. No one with a brain between their ears thought Hatton was gonna beat a bigger Floyd. Baldomir isn't very good.. Judah is the official stepping stone to the elite and everyone has beaten him. I really hope we dont' have to see another boring floyd decision over DLH. At the very least I hope Floyd lets DLH hit him a couple times to make it watchable.

name 1 person that did everything i said he did. you cant! nobody remained undefeated, beat all the champs in the weight divisions he did, made as much money as he did and appeared on dancing with the stars while training for a fight even and came out with a song. roy jones comes close but he got knocked cold twice and lost a few times. and he never was involved in a fight with as much attention as Mayweather has.
