I've heard the names Aaron Pryor and Pernell Whitaker quite a bit.

      My man Pryor was good.

Beau Jack has a good legacy.

It's split between Whitaker, Chavez and Pryor for me.

Chavez eeked out his win against Taylor, split with Randall, and his win was controversial, he was embarrassed by Whitaker... Chavez is great at 140 mostly because of technicalities. He didn't have the better of a lot of those fights IMO.

The Whitaker fight was at 147.

He beat some good opposition at 140. Greg Haugen, Hector Camacho, Taylor controversial the first time, decisive the second, Roger Mayweather, Tony Lopez, these guys were good fighters.

True enough... but the cracks in the armor showed at 140 for Chavez.

My bad about the Whitaker fight... I always ****ing mess that up.

I haven't seen him fight, but looking at his resume, most of his fights were fought in Argentina and the only recognizable name to me is Cervantes.
