    LOL yeah so true

Bowe's machismo to take it to his oponents & fight inside are why his defence looked so awfull & the fact he was how mcuh bigger than most the guys he fought so he felt he would bully them rather than Box

if Bowe had boxed Evander in the 2nd fight or come in shape LOL ,he would have won easily Holyfield had no answer for Bowe's jab
Well the point is, Bowe took punishment, and a lot of it. Even in his prime. For a fighter to have a long succesful reign as a champion, and with murderous punchers around(We're lookingg at a what-if situation, so he probably would have fought the likes of Lewis, Tyson, Mercer and Holy again etc) he can't take a tremendous amount of punishment, as respectable as it is. Just my opinion, I don't think he would have dominated even if he stayed committed.

u have to think Bowe eating habits had more to do with his dicline than him taking punishment inside the ring ,Holyfield was in the same fights he was & more Holyfield was 29/30 was'nt he when he fought Bowe post D M Qawi ,Cooper ,Foreman etc , its not like Bowe fought many hard 12 round fights is it ,he knocked most openents out within 5 rounds

Bowe diminshed cause he punished his body outside the ring IMO

** Bowe was a poor innercity kid who was borderline ******ed.

I'd say he did quite well in an exploitive business given his mental limitations. I credit Eddie Futch for much of Bowe's success. He got as much out of Bowe as could be expected, training Bowe's considerable natural physical attributes into a champion of sorts.

Bowe defence was'nt that bad it was just he was a so good inside & outside he could do both but soemtimes mixed it upto much u can from this video that when Bowe keeps u at Range he dominates but he just loves a tear up , imagine a bigger version of Terry Norris that also is a superb boxer yet gets involved to much instead of boxing cause he is so good at both

i repeat though his eating habbit outside the ring deminished his skills no the punishment he took in the ring

              great jab accurate lightening quick

I never really liked Bowe, he just annoyed me. In his fights with Golota, he showed that a good big technical boxer will always give him problems, thats why he ducked Lewis. prime 4 prime he would also lose to Wladimir Klitschko.

Bowe would have destroyed Golota pre Michael Dokes

Yup. Bowe was washed up by the time he fought Golota and he wasn't in shape physically yet he still managed to hurt and knock Golota down, Bowe beats Golota prime for prime.

Bowe lost interest in boxing like Tyson did. Both were major disappointments.
