i think that the extra weight that he goes in their with to be heavyweight is finally gettin to him because he cantbe in top physical condition when he is overweight. he should be a light heavy or cruiserweight but like eddie said the money is with the heavyweights.

It depends how much he normally weighs. If he walks around 210lbs he should be able to shed 10-12lbs easily like most boxers do. Chambers looked so much better when he fought against Brock and Guinn, and he was actually consistent for 12 rounds instead of 4. I think the pressure of a big fight bothered him, I don't think he can handle it. Chambers knew he was losing the fight by the mid-rounds, yet he was terribly inactive and just gave the fight away. He needs to be thinking if he can still fight as a heavyweight or move down to cruiserweight.

yeah i agree he should go in at 205-208 instead of 220 the he weighed in at and after packin more pounds by the next day maybe 225-230, and he should get the weight on right not by having lots of blubber.

punches that scared the **** out of chambers and thats why he covered up 95 percent of the fight. I guess Chambers has a weak chin

Weak chin? He got hit numerous times, especially towards the end of the fight when he covered up most of time, did you see him hurt?

exactly. chambers isnt agressive by nature but povetkin obviously also had a hand in his lack of activity. chambers clearly didnt feel comfortable attacking for a reason. just maybe he would have been stopped if he was more agressive

Well, if he wasn't afraid of getting ko'd. Why fight a boring match where the majority of the time he covers up.

That's why I said who knows why, his corner didn't even know, he was never in any danger of getting KO'd, Chambers looked frustrated with himself late in fight, his corner knew he could've done more, he knew he could've done more.

yes they do u ****in idiot. They do it for the pre-fight presser especially when they are going to be on a network like hbo they are tryin to get people to watch dumb ass. They have to be able to market it for ticket sales idiot. no one would be interested in two fat guys that LOOK out of shape. They need ratings like other stations need ratings and if there are 2 fat slobs nobody will want to watch it. If its on telemundo or some **** they dont care, but hbo and showtime do. I train fighters in the same gym as juan diaz holyfield rocky juarez AND Dominick Guinn. They wanted Dom to be presentable when he fought on hbo back in the day. They even told him he had to be in shape for the pressers and not be overweight.
