p4p don't mean ****. i doubt mayweather could beat a couple dudea at the higher weightclasses and the p4p ranking are based on what if... what other sport do u know that bases their best on what if? i think it should be left at mayweather is the best welter of today and etc.

until floyd beats cotto it's not even certain he is the best welter. beating mitchell, judah, and baldomir does not make you the best welter in the world.
it gets you a title but does not make you the best.

judah lost to cotto, mayweather and baldomir.
baldomir lost to forrest and mayweather
mitchell loses to everybody.

you could easily argue that cotto has fought the better welter competition than floyd. mosley is a tougher fight than mitchell or baldomir and he stopped judah, whereas, floyd got a decision.
