Skillwise, no doubt Floyd. But he hasn't put those "skills" to the test against P4P fighters like Manny has. So it sorta makes sense when you beat P4P fighters, based on their rankings, you move up ahead of them. It's just how it works in any other sport. You beat the guy ahead of you and you move up. Now when one guy is beating ranked guys(top10 at least), and the other isn't, I think that means something, don't you think?

Exactly and Floyd was what weight at 16? Either way p4p is subjective you can have many Pac number 1 on your list RIGHT NOW and I couldn't do anything about it.

well it depends on how u define a p4p list. I think its based purely on skill and not on who uve fought, But if u beleave it is then yes according to that idea he should be number 1, But i dont see it that way so on my list he will remain number 2, This is why p4p lists are so controversial because what a p4p list is isnt exactly clearly deffined

You are speaking like the Floyd vs Hatton fight didn't JUST happen.

If Pac beats Juan Manuel Marquez, he will be the greatest fighter of any era, any planet, any galaxy and dimension. Juan Manuel Marquez is that good.

alright, now that i got my nuthuggin out of the way, no, he will not be or shouldnt be #1 P4P because that would indicate that he can beat PBF who is still active which is quite ludacris with a bit of weezy.

all i can say is that PBF is a very skilled fighter but other than that his fights are gonna be forgotten in 3 years. unless ur a lunatic fan of his. while pacquiao's fights are way more exciting than all of pbf's fights. plus PBF isn't known in the world unlike pacquiao. sorry guys im not a pac fanatic but it's just the way people see it. but i again repeat not unless u are a total fanatic of pbf's

Dela hoya mayweather did over 2 million buys. For alot of people its the first boxing match they ever watched, They will always remember pbf. That fight will go down in history as the biggest super fight of this era, That fight will never be forgotten and there for neither will its participants one of wich was pbf, so i am forced to disagree with you on that point. PBF will never be forgotten

it will never be forgotten as the biggest robbery of all time. viewers were robbed with there money. all of them waited for the fight but all that happened was pitty patty run run run. like i said it will be very hard to discuss this reality with a pbf fanatic. 2 million buys for a crappy sparring session.

P4P ranking isn't about if number 2 can beat the number 1. If that's the case Klitscho or Sam Peter should be number one coz there's no way Floyd can beat them both. Of course Pac can't beat Floyd coz Floyd is bigger and stronger. It's all about who fought who and how he did. Past fights are considered to some degree that's why Floyd is still there.....Floyd will eventually fall even tho he's undefeated if he only keeps fighting bums. So far Floyd stepped up lately by accepting Hatton....instead of some no-names.

yup agree. and if u compare pacquiao to floyd. pacquiao fought the best fighters in his division while floyd fought __________________ . can't think of any. since he has been ducking cotto, margarito, mosley etc. he is avoiding the real bad ass mo****as. why he fighting dela hoya? to duck the real mo****as.
