Really now, and how do you know this? Please tell me. As a matter of fact. Pkease ELABORATE, too. This should be entertaining. And I hope you don't reply with the cliche "I don't have to look back at your post to explain" response. Anway, I'm waiting.

it doesn't make a difference for cotto cuz of the way he fights. dlh would probably be better at 147 cuz he fights with hand speed which would be magnified at 147. dlh takes it in both weight classes.

Well first of all, Mayweather's hand speed is something you may not understand but the guy is as fast as a cobra. His upper body movement and ability to defend without even using the gloves is something I haven't seen since Sweet Pea.

DLH was doing an incredible job of tracking him down and deflecting the mayweather right hand all night with his own left. It sounds easy but it's every hard to do against a fighter as fast as Floyd. Because when you drop that left to defend, you set yourself up for a counter.

I knew Oscar had no chance in beating Mayweather and I posted that many times before the fight. I thought Oscar was going to get embarassed but was amazed at how fast and skilled Oscar is even at 35 with more than a years layoff. Oscar fought a great tactical fight against the best fighter in the game...give him his due.

You're not answering my question. How do you know that I want to see "KO drag out fights like 98% of "so called" boxing fans" as you put it?

if you watch the dlh-mayweather fight again, you will see that mayweather tried 10 times harder to KO dlh than he did hatton. and he either missed or dlh blocked them. and the first really good shot he got on hatton ko'd him. he tried doing that against dlh numerous times during the match and was unsuccessful. download and watch the match again and you'll see.

BEcause you said DLH was finished, how can you say that after watching that fight?? Cut the bull****, I know it's popular to say that DLH sucks and he's old blah blah blah, but in reality it was an incredible, tactical fight.

I don't want to see the rematch either because the same result will happen, DLH will pressure and Floyd will stick and move all night. Same ****, but not boring IMO.

I think cotto could ko de la hoya if this fight happend. Because De la hoya is old, he is deffanatly fading and considering if this fight were to happen de la hoya would have two fights before him, which would only be in cottos favor. Dela hoya is fading, Cotto is getting better, so i think by the time they fought early or mid 2009 maybe that de la hoya would be greatly faded and cotto would be near if not at his peak, so cotto would almost surly stop de la hoya. and if he doesnt stop him he will probably give him a decent beating

true that. dlh is being hated on for no reason. I think he is just as good now as he was 5 years ago. I didn't see a difference. I mean, in the mayorga fight, dlh was picture perfect. he is old now cuz he lost to mayweather? I'm guessing if dlh was 25 and he lost to mayweather ppl would say he is finished as well.
