Wow,Arthur Abraham vs Giovanni Lorenzo? That would be so crazy,Giovanni can PUNCH,a dangerous fight

Pavlik vs Duddy would be good while it lasted,Pavlik would brutaly KO him,its a good fight to set him up to face the winner of Abraham vs Lorenzo

But still...Pavlik needs to focus on Taylor for now

And btw, “The Ring” ranks Duddy 10th…
I agree. Its not like he's a name they picked out of a hat. He's ranked pretty high and undefeated. His oppositiion may not be that great, but generally thats the way it is with contenders. it wasnt to long ago ppl were saying similar things about Kelly Pavlik.

I think Pavlik will win easily and prob KO him, but i think Duddy will put up a better fight then ppl think.

And i also think Pavlik will not fight a Joe C or a Roy jones after Duddy. He wants to unify the titles. So Abraham will be next.

John Duddy may not be a great opponent, but this will be an exciting fight since it'll be two true warriors going toe to toe.

I think the Pavlik/Duddy fight is going to be exciting in a one sided kind of way, maybe even with Duddy having a few good moments. Plus that would be cool to see Abraham in the states against a decent opponent. Sounds like this could be a good card. The possibility of a Pavlik/Abraham fight for unification is intriguing as well.

As the article foreshadows, Arthur Abraham Vs. Pavlik would be something to behold. Although Abraham is somewhat untested, other than the Miranda fight, both guys have wins vs. Miranda and what a battle that would be. But lets not get ahead of ourselves, Pavlik has to take care of business with Jermain. As far as Duddy getting a title shot? I love John Duddy and I have been following him for the past 3 years...but lets be honest, Duddy doesn't belong in there with Pavlik. He takes way too many punches.Imagine them being Pavlik's punches? Pavlik by easy KO.

I envision it looking like a Rocky fight, but without Rocky(Duddy) winning..

Pavlik seems to have captured the whole, blue collar population, he's come from a smallish town that has suffered economically and that seems to have hit a chord with the working man. On top of that his puching and 'never say die' attitude attract fight fans accross the board. He sort of comes from a similar background to Joe, run down steel mills in Ohio and closed down coal mines in Wales (our version of Pennsyvania) once prosperous now suffering high unemployment.

You would fill Wembley stadium over here for that fight (60,000 plus) and probably the same over there. The Irish would definitely travel for Duddy as well, the Dollar is weak against the pound and the euro so load of normal people could afford to fly over the pond
