I agree. If the seats aren't very good you're just going to be mostly looking at the big screen anyways. A good pair of binoculars can help compensate though. I saw a Telefutura card once and sat in the 2nd row for very little money. That was a lot of fun.

If the crowd is amped up, no doubt.

I'd like to go to the next big fight at MSG. My question to those who have been there, where would you say the best seats are? The obvious answer is ringside of course but it seems like you run the risk sitting behind Jermaine Taylor's sisters or the cameraman or security gets in the way of your view. Perhaps the first level up a little where your looking down on the action?

I've been to many live fights, and you just can't beat the quality of HBO HD or ESPN HD or SHO HD on the big screen. Hd has revolutionized the 50 inch plus televisions. I own a 42 inch LG Plasma and a 50 inch LG Plasma and a 56 inch DLP. the 50 and the 56 are 1080P which can only use 720 P with technology so far but its amazing to watch fights in HD on them. I may never go to a live fight again.

My Uncle has a 99 inch projection screen with HD capabilities ( although you can only watch it in the dark basically ) and if you thought 50 inch's was big and realistic. This will blow you away.

You can sometimes save money and get awesome seats if you are in the lower balcony right in the center of the ring. The first few rows are usually overpriced anyways.

ain't nothing like going to a live fight. Last year, I wen to three events: I had two ring seats and one lower level seats and were worth the money. took the wife and family out, good times. even talked boxing with some of the peoples next to me. I would say, goto a live fight if you can. at least, just once, get ring side tickets
