Go to the fight or watch it on tv?

When let's say, a fairly good fight, but not an earth shattering championship is on the line and the fight is in your city, what do you do, do you go to it or watch it on tv or webstream?

Personally, I will pretty much go to anything that will also be on HBO or Showtime, sometimes ESPN or the others such as Telefutura, etc.

I've been to a lot of great fights in my life. Years ago it was no contest. But now TV coverage (and the quality of TV's) is so much better and the expense of going live is so high, I usually prefer to stay home. But for atmosophere there is no substitute for being there live. To go to the Staples Center in LA you have to pay $20 just to park a block away. You don't want to know how much a crappy hamburger and a coke costs.

I try to go to as many as I can, but since I live in Vegas, there is really no way I can go to the "SuperFights" because they sell out in 10 mins, and the prices are not really worth it.

I enjoy going to live fights if possable but i havn't gone to many, but watching them on tv is great be even great if you see them live that my opinion.

This may sound strange but when i seen the Vasquez v. Marquez 1 fight live it was such a great exciting fight. Then when i tried watching the same fight on tv, it didn't compare, still a great fight just felt like i wasn't watching the same fight.

i woudlnt go to a super fight unless i had baddass tickets, imo no point in going to the fight to have nose bleeds when you can watch front row at home. I been to telefutura cards and those are fun, but in small places in houston, where there are no bad seats

I was in the nose bleeds for Morales vs Barrera 2, it wasnt so bad...

Now If I have nosebleed seats, I'll sneak down aslong as it isnt sold out. They stop checking for tickets after awhile.
