If Roy was actually a brawler I might be inclined to agree but how often does he ever get hit flush in any fight, hardly ever (obvious exceptions being Tarver and Johnson fights).

Just because you can't understand someone doesn't mean they are brain damaged.

who could ever understand anything James Toney ever said?

But im worried about his head. I think he may have brain damage. After the fight with Tito. I couldn't understand what he was saying. I don't think anyone did. Im worried he has brain damage.

Going to fight De La Hoya at 156? Does this confirm my thoughts?

Since he told commentators he struggled to beat LHW's, because its to light for him after his match with Ruiz at HW?

            Im seriously concerned for Roy.
why didn't you just post this in the other thread that is already created called ' Roy Jones: "I'll Want De La Hoya at 156 in May" ' ? why create another thread that is exactly the same? I hate it when ppl use thread topics like posts.

Bingo. Yall need to come down to Pensacola. Everyone understands Roy here. It's a quasi-English thing. He is not slurring at all.

He's not brain dead, he still believes he can compete with the best and after his last performance, I think he can to.

He might have a very mild case of autism. He knows what he wants to say, but he can't effectively get it out.
When he was a commentator, he could be understood. He has fallen a long way.

No. He purposely talked more slowly when commentating.
