The thing about most fighters in the 154 division is that they are foreign based. So HBO would not really want the fight nor would attract any attention of fellow Americans.

Floyd did the right move. Floyd started to build his legacy at 130. If would have been pointless to fight at 135 since Corrales done most of his damage at 130.
