at this point i to would favor, but lets not loose all hope on lacy. hopefully he can bum a few bums real soon and ko them bad, I want to see him do what miranda is doing and that is fight bums to get confidence back them move onto a good fighter like andrade, green or bika. If i was lacy id forget about the likes of kessler and mundine for the moment.

Hell no I'm not taking anything away from Calzaghe...

Almost every expert picked Lacy... and Calzaghe didn't let Lacy have a single bit of positive offense in the game.

It still stand to reason though that maybe that guy wasn't what we though he was... the same is done to Diego Corrales with Floyd Mayweather, and I agree that he definately was not as dangerous as everyone made him out to be. It's very good that Floyd and Joe beat such a highly regarded individual, but I'm not one to let hype completely dictate how much credit a fighter gets for beating another one.

It's convenient to pick on Lacy now, once it's all in retrospect and we can see what happened. But I promise you tht you wouldn't have seemed like such a messiah when he was tearing the SMW division up. I'm actually pretty sure you would have picked him to beat Calzaghe.
