Jeff Lacy doesn't suck, he has beaten some good fighters impressively.

But today he might as well hang them up if he can't fight better than he did against Manfredo. He needs to brutally KO his next opponent to get back in the mix.

Miranda, Bika and Andrade would be good opponents for Lacy.

Jeff Lacy was very impressive before the Calzaghe fight and he had some nice wins. I think the brutal beating from Calzaghe ruined Lacy mentally and physically, he took a lot of flush punches in one of the worst beatings I have ever seen.

Joe Calzaghe desreves a ton of credit for ruining Lacy's career with that one sided massacre.

For every genius who uses this argument, it is used in comparison to other elite boxers, because that is where he was predicted to be. I figured this was obvious, but apparantly this has to be spelled out.

Well done Jeff... that strategy usually works marvelously for punchers when they step up and fight elites.

Sugar Ray Robinson always got beat up by punchers who thought that one shot would get it done.

the fact that he admitted his lack of skill and one punch mentality is an honest assesment, dude isnt ******, hes one of the few role models the sport actually has that really upholds and conducts himself well in and out of the ring, dude isnt ****** by any stretch.

That loss against Calzaghe definetly killed his confidence. I would have picked Lacy to beat Tarver before the Calzaghe fight, but now I slightly favor Taraver even though Tarver is on the slide.
