    Anyone else find this ironic?

Prior to losing his WBO welterweight title to Paul Williams last year, Antonio Margarito had often boasted about being "the most feared man in boxing" and would often talk at great length about how hard it was for him to sinch up a top name opponet. Having been turned down by both Shane Mosley and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Fast forward to Paul Williams taking the title from Antonio Margarito, and now it seems Paul is in the same boat. Hats off to Carlos Quintana for having the balls to face Williams, but it seems as if many of the higher ranking top Welterweights would rather shoot themselves in the foot than face Williams.

    I just find it ironic.

I was wondering if it was a WBO curse or something? The ironic part for me is that it comes with the WBO belt.

I'm sure Williams can find people to fight. It's just that if he wants to fight on HBO, it has to be someone they approve. I'm sure anyone ranked in the WBO Top 15 would like a fight with Williams - including Margarito, who would like a rematch that Paul won't give.

They should make a "most feared man on the planet" belt.

The Worst Boxing Organization comes with the curse of being not highly regarded for the most part.

The big difference is that Margarito gave Williams a chance when nobody wanted to give Margarito a chance. And Margarito took Williams for granted and under estimated him.

Another thing. Margarito started the "most feared fighter at welterweight" after a few years, where Williams started his soon after his win over Margarito, ain't that some bull****!!!?!!! Once Williams is avoided for as many years as Margarito then he should use Margaritos old moniker.
