Again, there was a time when Barrera was a warrior but he seemed to buy a little too much into what HBO said about him.
Well thats not a warrior then, morales went out like a ***ing warrior. Even tho he was getting ***ed up he still said bring it to pacman, he didn't give a *** he fought his ass off, now thats a warrior. Un pinche chingon!

I can't argue with that. But I love and respect both men for the things they've done for us over the years. I'm a fan of both, and I know how rare that is because most people pick sides in terms of their hatred for each other. But again, Morales was definitely the warrior of the two.

Don't get me wrong barrera was a tough guy and did have some good fights, but IMO he's no warrior.

Not really. I mean I respect Morales, but he was sitting down shaking his head no to his corner. That's not going out like a warrior.

seeing morales fighting guzman or valero in 135lbs is exciting! why don't they fight when it would be a good match? morales still have some power left in him. his comeback fight against either would definitely stir the boxing fans.

how is that not going out like a warrior? he got knocked out like 2 or 3 times and he still went in not giving a ***, but he realised there was no point in going on and knew he gave it everything he gots. Knowing you gave your all, thats a warrior. Thats more then you can say for barrera.

Good post, I totally agree. Added to that I still think he beat JMM.

MAB should stay retired whilst he may have a few good fights left in him at his age and the wars he has been in. Its sad to see a legend not win his last fight and want more i.e Holy (Pls stay retired MAB). Leave it to JMM he will restore Mexican pride.
