    Johnny Tapia Vs Manny Pac

In Their Primes Who Do You Think Wins. Just To Stop You Now, The Fight Between Tapia And Barrera, Tapia Could'nt Throw A Left Cause His Sholder Was Torn, But Still Went The 12. I Think It Would Be A Tapia Victory

Tapia was clearly past his prime and past his best weight when he fought Barrera so nothing convinces me on what would happen if they had fought in thier primes. When you look at him, you would probably think that he was just another crazy brawler type of a fighter, but prime Tapia was one of the most skilled and talented fighters that i have ever watched. Pacquiao would have his moments but in my opinion, Tapia out brawls and out boxes Pacquaio on his way to a unanimous decision. It would definatley be a fight of the year canidate.

Would Tapia be allowed to smoke crack before the bout?

Too big of a difference in power. Johnny was at his best at bantam or below. He might just be game enough to go the distance, but that's it. Easy win for Manny.
