Agreed, Williams is gonna have problems finding someone to fight at that division and I heard this might be his last fight at WW before jumping up in weight. I would like to see Margarito/Williams rematch b/c I felt the first time was a draw but if I had to make a decision I guess I'd pick Williams b/c Margarito came on a little late!!!! Margarito/Williams first bout was very similar to De La Hoya/Trinidad!!!! With one fighter winning the first half of the fight and the other winning the last half of the fight!!!! Can't knock Cotto for not wanting that fight I mean Williams is 6'1" and Cotto is 5'7" and that don't make sense to ruin your opportunity with that tale of the tape. All Floyd fans be honest would "Money Mayweather" even consider getting into a ring with Williams????

Dude, Cotto beat Malignaggi, Then Judah, Then Mosley. Fighting Gomez doesn't do him any justice. Why not wait Williams since he is fighting in 3 weeks? Clottey is free as well.

Obviously beating Gomez wont get him a shot at floyd, he needs to beat just one more credible opponent, and the contender loser is not that.

Judah and Mosley were both either washed up or past their prime in Mosley's case. Paulie is a hype job and Quintana is the ultimate loser..

This fight is pretty dumb because Gomez hasn't beaten top contenders in the WW division unless you count an old Gatti. Gomez vs Jesse Feliciano would be a great fight, Feliciano beat Gomez once and drew with him once.

They have a score to settle. I was impressed by Feliciano when he fought against Cintron.

If he fights Joshua Clottey or anyone not named Gomez I have no problem at all, he wont get a shot by beating a contender loser. Lets be real Floyd is waiting for Cotto to beat another good opponent so the fight becomes bigger and floyd gets credit for beating Cotto. I dont mind who it is as long as its not the guy who went life and death with Jesse Feliciano.
