Yeah I don't think Mayweather "ducked" Cotto because he was scared. He fought the two bigger money fights in De La Hoya and Hatton.

He's just money hungry. I think he'd move to Heavyweight if they paid him enough.

Isn't Cotto the next big money fight after DLH and Hatton? Who else between 140-154 is a bigger draw than Cotto right now? And if it's really just about money, he would have fought Margarito for $8 million. It's about making the most money for the least amount of risk.
