I think Alexander Povetkin is the best young heavyweight right now, he has really impressed me in his 14 pro fights(14-0, 11 KO's). Povetkin shutout pure boxer Larry Donald 100-90 easily and he TKO'd the tough master boxer Chris Byrd in 11 rounds, he also won every round in that fight with Bryd.

Chambers since he's actually young. Povetkin although talented, is 28 and only has 14 fights. Really the next big thing in the heavyweight isn't any of those fighters imo, but they put more depth in the division, and make the division more interesting. So in the meantime we still get great fights while still searching for that next great fighter.

Chambers is coming back against a big puncher, Raphael Butler, on June 21. It will be an interesting clash of contrastingly different styles.

Povetkin is my pick for best young heavyweight with wins over Chambers, Byrd, and Donald.

Chagaev at this moment, but i think Povetkin will overtake him when he gets more experience under his belt
