Stopping a pretty much prime Atilla Levin in under a minute is sick. Of course Levin panned out and lost his other noted fights but at one point under Angelo Dundee was becoming the hyped HW savior.

      He dominated on Thunderbox.

Wlad is a class act, I'm liking him more all the time. I like how he is refusing to do ppv at the moment. Unless a true superfight comes up you have to appreciate that, but I guess a true superfight is years off, and logic tells you it would have to be against an American or to a lesser extent a Brit.

It occured to me since posting in this thread yesterday that Wlad couldn't tell HBO he was against PPVs, only that he was against a bad PPV (which is all he could have made this winter). HBO wouldn't keep him under contract if he wasn't working toward PPVs, which is the business reason for the existence of "HBO Championship Boxing."

I think HBO and Klitschko is weary of doing any hw ppvs. The last hw ppv, Vitali-Williams, bombed royally…

well, i do remember a quote from wladimir saying that he doesn't want to have his fans have to pay to watch him. so take it however you want. a good card with klitschko vs another title holder would/should be a big draw.

because there wasn't much of a card behind it. not only were there not a good amount of quality fights, but there was not a good amount of televised fights. blame this partly on the networks, and partly on the fact that a fair amount of talent is already signed to different promoters who have particular agendas.

I haven't seen many disrespect Wladimir as a fighter or a person.

                      Vitali not so much.
