Am surprised Skelton even managed to get himself a shot at a World Title, especially after that fight he had with Michael Sprott? Good luck to him anyway.

Skelton will make this messy and awkward as possible.I can see him using every dirty trick in the book.
A Skelton win wouldn't be a shock to me.The guy is very active for such a big fella and keeps up a decent pace.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets points deducted as well.

          its pretty straightforward,

whoever wins, a sloppy fighter still holds a title, because the division is weak.

let me know if you need any other simple points explaining in the future.

Just because some of them don't fight by the book, doesn't mean they're not good. They're using new tactics nowadays, before the fighters were much cleaner, now they're doing all it takes to win, and believe it or not that takes a lot of skill. Example Chagaev getting decision over Valuev.

                  not a bad point,

but i DO think skelton is a bad fighter, regardless of 'changes in technique'

as for chagaev, i don't think anybody would exactly call him exciting, or amazingly technical.

its pretty common knowledge that the heavyweight division isn't at its best at the minute, for a number of reasons.

I believe Skelton will be up to this big opportunity and will bring his A-game and it will be a nice brawl while it lasts and he will have his moments, but i see Chagaev stopping the old man late.

Yea I agree, Skelton is not champion material. I thought by you saying the HW division is weak you meant there is a lack in talent, which IMO there clearly isn't, but you are right, as for exciting fighters, it's clearly lacking.
