I'd say he's definately top 10, but my boxing knowledge overaall isn't that great so maybe in the future he might go down or may go up a few places, id put him 1-3 over the last 20 years though.

The biggest knock on Leis' resume is the fact that the biggest names on his resume were shells of their former selves. Not saying that he wasn't good- but the biggest names he beat can be misleading.

How would you rate them all? Those are IMO the all-time great heavyweights.
As for ranking them, it's hard to say.
