That KO of Lee's was great. Once that punch connected Daniels was out and he just dropped like a ton of bricks. It's great how Lee celebrates putting his hand up immediately. IMO he has a bright future, but Im worried about him facing Pavlik soon. It seems in about a year and a half from now he might be ready, by the end of 2008 seems early, but who knows Steward thinks he's gonna be great.

Real talk, Danny Jacobs will beat Andy Lee when they meet up, eventually.

I've been to ALOT of Joe Greene's fights, both in NY on Dibella cards and here in FL now that he's with Warrior's Boxing. I'm still not convinced that he is the wonderkind that peoplee making him out to be. He is very sound technically and gets the job done, but I'm at times finding myself underwhelmed in alot of his performances.

As for Duddy, I've seen him fight and I can see why he's a good regional attraction. That said, he's going to find it tough transitioning above the level of the Yori Campases and whoever else DBE puts him with now.

Lee is the total package for rangy southpaws and while he has yet to step up, the raw goods are clearly there. I am never one to anoint an untested prospect, but Lee has the intangibles that suggest fortitude. Arthur Abraham would be a good fight for him. Abraham is a tough guy that tries to suck you into his game but I think Lee would be too smart for that.

Of course, we're getting ahead of ourselves now because he isn't a top 10 guy but Pavlik and Taylor aren't these assasins they're being made out to be. Pavlik rose to prominence fighting two talented, but limited fighters in Taylor and Miranda. Their punches weren't nearly as accurate as Lee's are.

I haven't seen Danny Jacobs fight without headgear yet so I can't comment. I've seen Danny spar with James McGirt Jr and he was thoroughly outclassing Jr. Danny was too much for a lot of pros when he was in the Golden Gloves.

Andy Lee is very talented. But what's the point of making prophesies? He takes his time in there, and I would like to see what happens when somebody forces him to fight at a quicker pace- like a Pavlik. Very good fighter so far, but I'll save my judgment for when he makes the big step up.

On Joe Greene- I'm sorry, but I just can't see it in this guy. I've watched more than a few of his fights, and he's like a Jeff Lacy to me. Too plodding..

I still havent gotten my hands on it either. Jacobs is nasty though, one of the most naturally skilled fighters Ive ever seen.

I am not one to anoint someone so early as well. However, all that talent is like a punch in the face. Time will tell is all I can say on this paritcular subject.

Believe me, I told Danny about the pic in my sig, that we're the two most talented 20 year olds in boxing LMAO. Danny is an incredible prize fighter and one of the most dedicated and devoted pupils to the craft you'll see.
