Hopkins (Never beat a HOF man his own size worth their HOF at the weight he beat them)
Winky (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
Oscar in his current form.
Wlad Klit (Luckily he has had no competition)
Junior Witter ( his fights with Lynes & Kotelnik are a reality check)
Sam Peter (Does he really posess Huge Power?)
Michael Katsidis (Entertaining but World champ material?)
Anyone from the Contender series.

Underrated:
Arthur Abraham (Unquestionable heart ut Apart from Miranda questionable opposition so far..needs to leave Germany)
David Haye (Still not getting the respect he deserves)
Sasha Povetkin ( Good boxer who doesn't need Power to win)
Edison Miranda (This guy doesn't fight bums)
Miguel Cotto (Hopefully he will get his shot at Floyd before its too late).

Underrated

Kelly Pavlik - he ko'd jermaine taylor, something hopkins, wright and spinks couldn't do. he took some brutal power shots from miranda and pulled through to ko him and he is still not a top 5 p4p for most ppl.

Vernon Forrest - in Mosley's prime, he schooled him. has only lost to 1 fighter. probably has the best chance from anybody to beat mayweather. yet once again, on nobody's p4p list.

Overrated
Joe Calzaghe - I like him but, 2 or 3 p4p? I don't think so. His best oponent thus far has been Kessler who is another question mark cuz who has kessler beat. He is in one of the weakest divisions talent wise. that division could be dominated by any one of the top 5 middleweights and light heavyweights at the moment.

Margarito - lost to: Daniel Santos, Rodney Jones, Larry Dixon, Victor Lozoya. The most feared man? I think not.

Margarito is by far the most overrated fighter. litzau, and duddy are very overrated as well is sergio the **** head mora!
I think Forrest, and Haye are underrated!

Amir Khan and Edwin Valero are both seriously overrated fighters begging to be knocked out by guys who actually block a punch and fire back.

Margarito is in there too, he's a decent fighter but he's also wide punching and telegraphed.

Calzaghe is there thereabouts too, people go way overboard about him.

Chad Dawson (Tarver, Hopkins, Calzaghe-who wants a piece?)
Nonito Donaire (no one hit wonder-is going to be one classy champ)
Joan Guzman (Does HSOTO punch like a girl or is JG's chin that good)
Jorge Linares (smells like multi division champ to me)
Paulie Malinaggi (hate to say it but the kid has earned my repect)
Juan Diaz (career has been managed perectly-I used to think differently)
Wlad Klitchko (powerful and exciting-what more could we ask for)

Overrated Oscar De La Hoya

Honestly, how did Oscar let Mayweather (jr welter) show up on CINCO DE MAYO wearing the MEXICAN FLAG and a SOMBRERO, KICK HIS ASS and take his jr middle title. Then have the bitchness to get on NATIONAL TV and say "I don't know Jim it just wasn't a jab night".

Cotto would kick his ass. Prediction, the fight will never happen. He's now gunning for Pacquaio since the other jr welter hatton lost. What a set of stones!

Haven't seen Valero. I agree about Khan. However, Calzaghe is no joke and he will put it on Hopkins. No fighter goes 12 years undefeated with out having to fight.

Kermit Cintron is the most overated fighter that springs to mind possibly Paul Williams

infact the whole Welterweight division maybe overated except for Floyd ,Cotto,Mosley they have built Cinton & Williams & Margarito up that much that people just asume the division is red hot with talent ,when in reallity it could be just average we just dont know enough about Cintron ,Williams,Margarito against top quality oponents IMO

not to say they are bad just maybe not what they are hyped to be ,Floyd is probably the reason it is hyped so much
