I believe so.

Many are claiming Mayweather to be the greatest of all time and in my eyes, he clearly isn't.
Paulie is a very good fighter who gave Cotto one of his toughest fights but I don't think he gets the credit he deserves, usually just because of the way he looks, it seems.

Yeah thats the other reason and power isn't everything but it helps, which could stop him from being great. But hes very good, and currently theres no good reason to think otherwise.

Underrated: Most contenders/losers of big, close fights.

It's really a difficult question to answer, because it's all in the eye of the beholder and all that.

In my twisted little mind, all fighters who's after money instead of proving something for themselfs are overrated.

Winky is actually underrated, as he fights the best he can get a fight with. He's trying to be the absolute best. A real, genuine fighter at heart.

Floyd is overrated. Anybody who has his mind set on making the most money is overrated IMO.
