I don't think that highly of Margarito as a fighter. Just because a fighter signs for a career high payday doesn't mean he is actually going to get a career high payday. Just ask Chris Byrd. He has or had a contract with Don King that he was supposed to get a garunteed minimum of 2 million a fight. Sometimes Byrd got less than 1 million for his fights. Also sometimes its smarter to take less now to make more later. I think that is what PBF did in his case and it worked out. It also could have blew up in his face like it somewhat did with Marquez.

      Wtf.

How does having 5 losses keep you from being a good fighter? lol Jose Luis Castillo had 5 losses on his record at the time he was ranked in the consensus top ten pound for pound.

Also how is not being able to beat Mayweather a reflection on someone as an inferior fighter? LMFAO last I checked Mayweather is one of the greatest fighters of all time, certainly one of the greatest P4P fighters of all time, and easily the P4P #1 best fighter in the sport currently.

This does seem fairly damaging to the original post.

didn't he turn pro at like 15? of course he's gunna be lighter.
