He is clearly ducking Williams IMO. It seems like is fine to fight Margorito but his hand is still injured for the Williams fight. What a ****ing joke!

The guy signed a contract to fight Paul Williams. How in the hell is that ducking? The man just got injured in a fight and Williams has already moved on to fight Quintana. Is he supposed to wait until the summer or fall when Williams is ready to fight again? Seriously, Mayweather fans are quick to call someone a ducker when it's Mayweather who is notorious for ducking fighters.

I want to give props to Cintron for being one of the few fighters willing to fight Margarito and even willing to fight him again after the brutal beating he took. He must seriously have nightmares about Margarito if he is so anxious to fight him again.

The injury made him unavailable for February, and since that was announced, the Williams card was moved from the 2nd to the 9th and he has a fight lined up, possibly against Carlos Quintana. Cintron now wants to fight Margarito because Margarito doesn't have a fight scheduled for early next year and Williams does. Simple as that.

exactly, and im not hating on paul here, but he was a C-hair away from being another challanger that got pushed back to club fights, just like cintron did after the marg fight, but fought his way back to where he is now. Once margarito realized paul had nothing but punches-full-o'-love, he was like "**** it" and just walked right through them. i was surprised he didnt realize it earlier, but he didnt. he showed the rest of the division the blueprint for beating Pwil. and also, for you guys that say marg only won 3 rounds at most... pro boxing isnt like the amatuers in scoring - quality of punches landed count just as much as number of punches landed. Margs punches were doing a lot more to Paul than were pauls to Marg.

Im gonna go out on a limb here: Mayweather is an easier fight for Pwil than is cintron or a margarito rematch.

I think Margarito thought Williams would tire out from being so active and that he could just come on in the late rounds knock him out. Williams did tire, but since he basically swept the first half of the fight Margarito's only chance was a knockout. I think Margarito-Williams II would be a great fight and I think Margarito would definitely beat him with the right fight plan.

You're right Arum didn't want Margarito to fight Williams, but Margartito did want to fight Williams and guess what happened? Margarito fought Williams and the real reason why is because the offered Margarito 1.5 million to take the fight and they did against Arums wishs.

Now, if there is again more money in a Williams fight, what you think Margarito will all of a sudden listen to Arum? No, he wont, again he'll follow the money.

Margarito wont fight him again because he already lost to him he would'nt want a second loss on his already 5 loss record, that would make him get another loss. Like I said Margarito only fough Williams before because of his belt, the same belt he has had for some time he did not want to lose it. Williams is more deserving fighting the top guys then your idol Margarito because he beat your idol in his hometown and he is undefeated unlike Margy.
