What you described is 'all around' game, though. I'm more looking at the specific claim that he's the best defensive player in the NBA. I mean, he's up ther, but the best? Nah...

To me, better means, how much damage the punch does to the opponent; effective punching. Given that, Pac's punches, all of them, are "better" than Floyd's. Don't overrate Floyd's offensiveness. He is defensive fighter who brings his offense on late after his opponents tire.

He's not a specialist shut down guy like Bowen. Nobody is arguing that.

But his athleticism in running down the court makes him a force. And when he makes big plays on offense, he turns around and makes a huge play on defense.

I'm not comparing him to Jordan but you can see the similarities. I'm 100% sure if his forte was to be a defender he'd do it as well as anyone........and going by the plays that he MAKES ALONE I consider him to be as good a defender as you'll find at what he does.

        Like I stated he's not a specialist.

who is? people arent rating him the best offensive fighter with his win over hatton and that win was far from overrated. he has the highest connect percentage, that alone says best offensive fighter.

****, when your only throwing 10-15 punches per round, you better damn well be accurate!
