can't vote...you missed out the "lets not get ahead of ourselves and make ****** matchups" option.

are you dumb? how is this a ****** matchup? Haye is the best cruiserweight and wlad is the best heavyweight. haye is taking on the heavyweight divison next year. Evander was the best cruiser before he became the best heavyweight. Not a stretch dumbo.Last edited by -Swizzy-; 03-05-2008, 04:00 PM.Comment

Haye's biggest problem was, and always will be, his right hand being too low all the time. This is just asking for a left hook right after the jab, and we all know that this combo is becoming Wlad's favorite. Wlad would KO Haye within 5 rounds.
That said, Haye could have a pretty good chance against other top 10 HW.Comment

Haye is a below par boxer with a shaky chin and big power. Wlad is a very good boxer with every physical edge, a shaky chin(at HW, not CW) and even better power. Wlad wins. Haye is no Holyfield.Comment

Actually Haye is a talented fighter. He was a Heavyweight as an Amatuer and he went pro at Cruiserweight, he does'nt have a weak chin, he has had problems making weight and thats why his stamina was'nt as good because of him being weight drained, his situation was the same as Miguel Cotto at Light welterweight where people were saying Cotto has a weak chin. I guarantee you when Haye goes to his natural weight (Heavyweight) he wont have the stamina problems he had in the past which made him more tired than actually hurt.Comment

Still though, he doesn't appear to be as talented a boxer as someone like Cotto did at LWW, and surely not good enough to beat someone like Wlad.Actually Haye is a talented fighter. You could be right about the weight drainage and chin thing, that can happen. We'll have to see, but from what I've seen of his skills, not so much, other than massive power. Kinda like a Julian Jackson type fighter, but not on that level yet.Comment

it is a stretch. haye is no where near as talented as evander,,,nor does he have evanders chin. it remains to be seen whether haye can even defeat a mediocre punching heavyweight let alone the best heavyweight in the world. his defense is big time vulnerable and I cringe at the thought of him facing a big right hand punching heavyweightComment
