good or bad chin, not many fighters can take a clean shot like that and stay on their feet, not with VANES' power at least.

plus, this guy had gone to a 10 round decision with Walter Wright of The Contender so he wasn't all that terrible.

I have seen a couple of Vanes' fights and I was impressed, he could be a future champion at 154. He needs to step up the competition though.

he will stay there until he is World Champ.

never has had any problem making weight, but then again, running about 5 to 7 miles every morning and training like crazy (tomorrow on Christmas day for instance) he shouldn't have any trouble.


He is scheduled to be a co main event at a smaller show in downtown LA, at Alameda Center on January 4th. A Telefutura card... opponent we arnt sure on yet.
