He looked the best I've ever seen him, working great with new trainer Ronnie Shields in Houston, Texas. 2008 is gonna be biggg

    from 15Rounds.com
Thursday’s second televised bout featured highly touted former Olympian Vanes Martirosyan (17-0, 12 KOs) against Dan Wallace (9-3, 3 KOs). Despite having won nine of his first 11 fights, Wallace had no chance against the precision punching and composure of young Martirosyan, who stopped Wallace 94 seconds into the fight.

Within the bout’s first half minute, Martirosyan noticed that Wallace hung his jab. Martirosyan then began to fire stiff right crosses over Wallace’s outstretched left arm. Moments later, Martirosyan was ready to finish his man, landing a multitude of overhand rights and dropping Wallace to the canvas. Though Wallace beat the 10 count, he was out on his feet and unable to continue.

With his patience and consistently well-shaped punches, gradually Martirosyan is becoming another example of promoter Top Rank’s magical ability to develop young prospects into future champions

He is good but the guy he fought had a ****ty chin, it even shows in the guys record when his 3 losses are by ko.

good or bad chin, not many fighters can take a clean shot like that and stay on their feet, not with VANES' power at least.

plus, this guy had gone to a 10 round decision with Walter Wright of The Contender so he wasn't all that terrible.

He looked good but Wallace has lost 3 of his last 4 fights. So i can't really tell until he steps it up.

Please don't hype of the opponent more than what he was, a BUM. It was still a good showing but don't act like the opponent was anywhere near a game fighter budd.

where in my comment do you actually see any hype man?? im just stating FACTS for you.

I know this guy didn't bring much, but watch his youtube fight vs. Walter Wright and you will see that he is capable of givin trouble to fighters.

Some credit is due to Vanes for shutin him out and putting him away fast like that dont you think? Im tired of all the bull**** hating from guys like you who can never say somethin positive cuz they are too busy bein a smartass.
